Visual Branding

LMA has been well established for over 45 years and offers leadership and management courses throughout Australia and New Zealand.

I joined LMA for a complete rebrand project. Collaborating in a team of four as a sole designer, all previous collaterals and products were given a new life to visually reflect business goals. One major change was the newly introduced umbrella brand. A style guide was created to showcase all four brands in their unique traits yet unified under the family brand. 

Product

Existing and new course products were designed to engage participant’s learning experiences. Templates were created with a clean consistent layout and an improved typography for better reading flow. Diagrams and infographics were tailored to match the content of each individual courses. Visuals were strategically placed to support content rich products being easily digestible – all for a better learning experience.

Digital & Marketing

 

As part of my wonderful marketing team, I collaborated with stakeholders and clients to create collaterals and ensured that our brand integrity is maintained while keeping things fresh. Eventually, our image library was expanded to include participants that studied our courses. This makes for a more relatable experience for potential audiences. As a peoples person, it was enjoyable taking candid photos knowing that learning participants got to keep a copy as they enjoyed their classes. Facilitators were also supportive of my presence while I choose only the right moments to photograph without interrupting participant’s learning session.
